Social Responsibility

Hotel Indigo Milan has, in recent years, undertaken a process to integrate practices related to environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

In 2025, the property obtained the DCA ESG Sustainability certification issued by Dream & Charme, an organization accredited by Accredia, meeting 6 out of the 9 requirements set by the standard. The areas currently covered include:

• human rights and working conditions
• health and safety
• customer management
• management practices
• local community engagement and development
• data protection and cybersecurity

The property has been collaborating for several years with CasAmica ODV, an organization that provides accommodation to patients and their families who must stay away from home for medical reasons. This support takes the form of promoting the association’s activities and contributing to its initiatives.

Since 2025, Hotel Indigo Milan has also joined the Punti Viola project promoted by DonnexStrada. The initiative involves including the property in a network of public-facing businesses trained to offer an initial point of support to individuals experiencing difficulty or potential risk in urban environments, contributing to the strengthening of a local safety network.
